  1. To order simply visit our Products page and chose desired product.

    • Select your preferred luxury rose box size and color.

    • Select your preferred rose color.

    • Please complete all information in required* fields.

    • We will contact you directly to confirm your order, and offer alternatives if any items are temporarily out of stock.


  1. Your order will be confirmed and put into production and in our delivery schedule when full payment has been accepted. We’ll send an invoice via our Square app. Please note that all orders submitted after our business hours will be answered on the next business day.


  1. All prices are subject to additional delivery charges, $25 in Nashville and $35 if over 20 miles out of the greater Nashville area. Deliveries are completed daily between 10:00 AM and 3: 00PM. Hours are subject to change during rush periods and holidays.


  1. Please note, by clicking " Request Order" your order will be submitted to be quoted. You will receive an email response within 12 hours.


Please note all orders placed by 3:00 PM (CST) can be delivered in Nashville and surrounding areas for the following day, pending payment. Please allow a minimum of 48 hours for any customization on your box, including personalization with decal, or lid message.


MFLEURS can arrange out of state deliveries, and international shipping is also available.

  • MFleurs recommends a 2-day time frame in order to confirm all information submitted and to schedule your delivery.

  • All prices are subject to additional delivery charges.

  • MFleurs reserves the right to replace any unavailable rose with another of same or greater value.

  • Cancellation of orders: With the exception of large orders requiring a pre-order of roses,

we will refund the amount paid if the order is cancelled 24hrs before the delivery date. No refund will be issued for any cancellations made on the delivery date. For undelivered products due to wrong delivery address or change of address after delivery attempt, we will deliver again with an additional delivery charge.


The correct conditions and proper care for our Eternal Roses are:

  • No refrigeration

  • No direct sunlight

  • No water

  • Use indoors only

  • Dust lightly, if needed

  • Our Eternal Roses cannot be removed from their box - doing so will destroy the arrangement and compromise the roses’ integrity.
